ERP-Consultant Haufe X360 (m/w/d) Focus on Financial Accounting

You come from financial accounting and want to apply your expertise in consulting? Then we'll guide you step by step into ERP consulting. As an ERP consultant, you support our customers in introducing and using the cloud-based ERP system Haufe X360 – with a clear focus on financial accounting.

Your Tasks

• You advise our customers on introducing, using, and optimizing the ERP system Haufe X360 with a focus on financial accounting. You analyze existing processes in financial and accounting systems and translate technical requirements into practical ERP solutions.
• You plan and conduct workshops and user training sessions.
• You accompany implementation projects from requirement gathering to successful go-live and take over more responsibility step by step.
• You work closely with project management, sales, and our development team to implement customer-oriented solutions.
• You document processes, create user documentation, and actively support optimizing workflows.
• You support our existing customers with technical questions, adaptation wishes, and optimizations after go-live.

Your Profile

• You bring advanced knowledge in financial accounting (e.g., main book, debtors, creditors, annual statements).
• ERP experience is not a must – we'll structure you into the system.
• You don't need IT knowledge. A basic interest in the IT field should be brought along.
• A first experience in consulting, customer interaction, or an interface function is desirable.
• You bring analytical and structured working habits as well as the ability to convey complex issues in a comprehensible manner.
• You are communicative, work independently, and want to develop yourself further.
