Do you already have a few years of experience as an ERP Consultant? And are you ready for more complex and challenging projects?

At Cadran, you will work as an ERP consultant daily on implementations for global, high-profile companies such as Verkade and Tupperware. These are large clients with complex processes. Great projects, which will help you develop your soft and hard skills rapidly. And we will guide you carefully through that process.

Based on a number of assessments, we will determine which steps you need to take to develop yourself into a top consultant. We will set up a solid development program for you so that you know how you will improve yourself. Although you will be working directly with clients, we also expect you to actively participate in training. At Cadran, your development is central. With our onboarding program, you will be guided by your team and our senior consultants. So, you will develop into a select group of the best ERP consultants in the Netherlands.

As an ERP consultant, you will help your clients optimize their business processes (such as procurement, sales, logistics, production planning, supply chain management). Depending on your knowledge, experience, and ambition, you will usually focus on one or more specific areas.

Our clients work with the Cloud ERP solutions of Oracle: JD Edwards (private cloud) and Netsuite (multi-tenant SaaS).

• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for fully implementing the ERP system at the client.
• If you find it interesting, we offer you the opportunity to participate in sales cycles for new prospects. Here, you will not only make the client enthusiastic about the software, but also provide an estimate of where you and your team stand behind.
• You ensure the translation of the client's business process requirements and wishes.
• You provide advice at multiple levels within the organization of our clients on the setup of processes.
• You configure the system and help people change so that they really adopt the system.
• You give workshops and training to the client.
• You inspire the client regarding further digital transformation possibilities after the initial project.

Cadran Consultancy was founded in 1998 by six ERP consultants. Their goal: building ERP solutions that make a digital future possible. Almost 25 years later, Cadran has grown into an Oracle Platinum Business Partner for trade and production companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and internationally. As an ERP consultant, you are a specialist in business processes such as procurement, sales, production, warehousing, finance, and logistics, and you understand the interconnection of these processes. You translate these processes into system configuration and possess the ability to advise and enthuse clients about improvements in these processes.

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree.
• You have at least 2-5 years of experience as an ERP consultant.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
• You are available 4-5 days a week (mix of home working, client site, and office).
• You are eager to develop your consultancy skills further.
