As a transversal Product Service Line (PSL) within the Digital Enterprise (DE) Center of Excellence for ERP our mission is to provide robust operational platforms that support the entire value chain, from design to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes. This role will be responsible for providing expert-level SAP Basis administration and technical support to ensure the stability and performance of our SAP landscape. Key responsibilities include: *Designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Basis configurations; *Troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP issues; *Developing and maintaining documentation on SAP Basis best practices; *Collaborating with other teams to identify and prioritize SAP improvements; *Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends.
