About the Role We’re looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our newly formed and talented Business Analyst team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive business value through process improvement, data analysis, and system implementation. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and developing solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365, will enable you to design and implement effective solutions that align with our business goals. As a key member of our Business Analyst team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, communicating project progress and outcomes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
