ERP Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 (w/m/d)

Your tasks as ERP Consultant:

• Consulting companies on business processes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud:
  You analyze the existing business processes of our clients and develop tailored solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This helps them to streamline their workflows, reduce costs, and gain competitive advantages.
• Main point of contact for clients throughout all project phases: You are the first point of contact for our clients – from requirement gathering to go-live. Your expertise and communication skills ensure that projects run smoothly and clients feel well taken care of at all times.
• Coordination, implementation, and maintenance of projects even after go-live: You lead projects from planning to implementation, work closely with our developers, and ensure that the project runs optimally even after go-live. This guarantees long-term success and client satisfaction, as a good project does not end with go-live but continues to develop.

Your profile as ERP Consultant:

• You have completed a degree or study in business informatics or a similar field, ideally with some initial professional experience and the ability to apply your knowledge in practice.
• You bring an analytical way of thinking and work carefully to approach challenges in a structured manner. Your enthusiasm for IT topics helps you develop efficient solutions and continuously learn from them.
• You are team-oriented and communicative, appreciate open exchange within the team, and enjoy developing sustainable solutions directly with our clients.
• You speak fluent German and can express yourself well in English. Ideally, you live in Hamburg, as we regularly meet at the office.
