ERP Consultant (m/f/d)

We are Fynancy – a Hamburg-based Microsoft partner that accompanies medium-sized enterprises in their digitalization. With Business Central as the core, we implement, automate, and expand digital business processes – including Power Automate, Power BI, our own apps, and more. Since 2022. Since 2025, certified Microsoft Solutions Partner.

Your tasks

You analyze business processes for our clients and develop tailored solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This can be the introduction of Business Central, the migration from an existing system like Navision, or the further development of a running solution. You are the central point of contact from the first requirement gathering to go-live – and remain so afterwards. Projects are accompanied end-to-end, working closely with our developers and ensuring that the solution really works in everyday life.

Your profile

• Economic or IT-related background, ideally with initial professional experience
• Analytical thinking and enjoying digging into processes
• Strong communication skills – within the team as well as with clients
• Fluent German, good English
• You live in or around Hamburg – we meet regularly at Neuer Wall

Experience with Business Central or Navision is a plus, but not a must.
