ERP Consultant: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (w/m/d)

We are Fynancy – a Hamburg-based Microsoft partner that accompanies the mid-market in its digitalization. With Business Central as our core, we implement, automate, and expand digital business processes – including Power Automate, Power BI, own apps, and more. Since 2022. Since 2025, certified Microsoft Solutions Partner.

Your tasks

You analyze business processes at our customers and develop tailored solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This can be the introduction of Business Central, the migration from an existing system like Navision, or the further development of a running solution. You are the central point of contact from the initial requirement gathering to go-live – and remain so afterwards. Projects are accompanied end-to-end, working closely with our developers and ensuring that the solution really works in everyday life.

Your profile

• Economic or IT-related background, ideally first professional experience
• Analytical thinking and enjoying to drill down into processes
• Good communication skills – both within the team and with customers
• Fluent German, good English
• You live in or around Hamburg – we meet regularly at Neuer Wall

Experience with Business Central or Navision is a plus, but not a must.
