ERP Automation & AI Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

We are looking for a visionary engineer with an 'Automation First' mindset, who will rethink our core processes and make our system ecosystem smarter. You're right here if you're an architect for resilient, data-driven systems, who chooses the best technology for every problem – from robust script to smart AI agent.

• Analyze our central value streams (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay), develop the automation roadmap, and deliver measurable business impact (e.g., reduction of cycle times & error rates)
• Built predictive monitoring and 'Self-Healing' mechanisms for our critical interfaces to solve problems before they arise
• Develop systems for automatic analysis and solution of support tickets and reduce manual workload in the team
• Built reusable automation services and make them available through our internal AI platform (ChatAPV) to the entire company
• Be the technical sparring partner for departments and product owners to lift automation potential throughout the organization

What You Bring

• You live 'Automation First' and 'Systems Thinking'. You find the true cause of problems and develop sustainable, systemic solutions.
• You bring solid experience in software development (ideally Python, SQL) and handling complex ERP landscapes (e.g., Odoo)
• You have practical experience with workflow tools (e.g. n8n) and ideally first-hand experience with the application of LLM-APIs or ML to solve business problems.
• You work according to the 'You Build It, You Run It' principle and take end-to-end responsibility for your solutions.
• You can clearly communicate complex technical topics and act as a bridge-builder between Tech and Business.
