ERP Administrator / ERP Consultant (m/f/d)

Depending on your experience and interests, we will find a position that suits you professionally and personally – from the operational support and administration of an ERP system, through customizing and optimizing business processes, to the introduction of new ERP solutions and participation in challenging digitalization projects.

We are looking for both ERP administrators and in-house consultants as well as ERP consultants and application advisors.

Tasks

• Administration, support, and further development of ERP systems
• Analysis, optimization, and digitalization of existing business processes
• Configuration and customizing of ERP applications according to the requirements of the departments
• Support and consultation of users from areas such as sales, purchasing, logistics, production, finance, or human resources
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical or system-related solutions
• Error analysis and user support for questions and disruptions
• Management and support of updates, releases, interfaces, and system adjustments
• Involvement in ERP implementations, migrations, rollouts, and other digitalization projects
• Collaboration with departments, external service providers, and software manufacturers
• Creation of documentation and, if applicable, conducting user training
• Depending on the position, taking on partial project or project responsibility

Your specific tasks will depend on your skills, your experience level, and the respective position.

Qualification

• Apprenticeship or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in ERP administration, ERP consulting, application support, or in the ERP project environment
• Experience with one or more ERP systems, e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, proALPHA, abas, Infor, Sage, or comparable solutions
• Understanding of business processes, for example in sales, purchasing, logistics, production, finance, or controlling
• Ideally, experience in customizing, process optimization, or in the implementation and further development of ERP systems
• Knowledge in the areas of interfaces, databases, reporting, or SQL is advantageous
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of collaboration with users and departments
• Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the connection between IT and business processes
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

You do not need to master all mentioned ERP systems or topic areas. What matters are your previous experiences, your professional interests, and your willingness to learn new systems and processes.
