My name is Jan Bahmann, and I founded Bahmann Coaching 4 years ago. We are the leading provider of weight loss coaching in Germany, with our 40-person team based in Hanover.

As we are growing, we are looking for support in fitness and nutrition consulting. We will train you, teach you what a good consultant needs to know, and provide you with all our proven processes.

What does the job look like in detail, and what do you need to bring to succeed with us?

Responsibilities:

• Client Contact: You always keep an overview of your clients and help them at any time.
• Knowledge Transfer: You share your know-how and help our clients to further develop their skills.
• Clear Goals: You encourage our clients to set goals and to achieve them.
• Data Tracking: You keep an eye on the progress and successes of our clients and help them stay on track.
• Team Player: You forward open questions to the appropriate colleagues so that our clients receive the best possible support.

Salary: 36,000,- Euro Gross Annual Salary.

Job Requirements

Previous experience: You have already gained initial professional experience and have no difficulty helping your clients from your desk.

• Level: Entry-level or already with experience
• Education/Studies: You have successfully completed training as a dietician or dietician, nutritionist, or nutritional scientist, but a career change is also possible if you are interested in sports and healthy eating.
• Knowledge: You know how to support other people in sports and nutrition topics and how to deliver honest feedback well.
• Languages: German at native speaker level
