Nutrition & Fitness Coach - Full-time (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are looking for an engaged and motivated employee (m/w/d) for the Coaching & Customer Service department, who will support us in coaching, consulting, and customer service for our online nutrition counseling & fitness coaching services, which now have over 1000 customers.

In your role as a Nutrition & Fitness Coach, you will work closely with our customers and continuously monitor their progress. With your positive, motivating, and authentic approach, you will help our customers achieve their goals even more successfully.

For this position, a completed degree in Ökotrophologie or training as a dietician is not necessarily required. Rather, we value comprehensive, practical knowledge and personal passion for a healthy lifestyle.

Task Areas:

• Daily telephone contact / written WhatsApp support for our clients' questions
• Motivate clients to take action through your conversations
• Share knowledge and know-how
• Encourage clients to set even greater goals
• Increase client motivation
• Monitor the implementation & success of clients
• Enter information collected during phone calls into our customer database (CRM system)
• Pass on open questions to your colleagues (e.g. regarding coaching content, forwarding to the relevant advisor) to make clients as successful as possible)
• Preliminary preparation, support, and/or implementation of live calls

Salary Nutrition & Fitness Coach Full-time: 3,000,- Euro gross monthly salary.
Further development and career opportunities are available in the next few years.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• A completed degree in dietetics or nutrition counseling, or equivalent training is helpful but not required.
• Very good knowledge of the field of nutrition (& possibly sports/fitness)
• The ability to motivate people with your voice through honest feedback.
• Fast comprehension.
• Strong communication skills and a well-developed sense of empathy.
• Good handling of performance pressure.
• Precise and error-free written expression in German.
• Knowledge of the topics coaching, consulting, etc. is advantageous but not necessary.
