Your tasks will include: Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses Developing and implementing customized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families Providing therapy sessions that are tailored to the needs of each patient Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
