“Professional therapy with passion to promote self-determined everyday coping.” We are looking for an indefinite full-time or part-time therapist (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time. Tasks Our therapy is a crucial element of therapeutic accompaniment for patients during their hospital stay. It serves, among other things, the targeted promotion of motor-functional skills, improvement of mobility and dexterity, and cognitive development and maintenance. The focus lies on the patient's individual needs and goals, taking into account their physical and mental abilities. Our therapy is characterized by a holistic approach, considering the patient's social and emotional well-being. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of empathy and understanding for patients' needs. The tasks include: • Conducting individual and group therapy sessions • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals • Maintaining accurate records and documentation • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field. Requirements We are looking for someone who has: • A degree in ergotherapy or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in the field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with relevant software and technology • Certification in ergotherapy (desired but not required).
