Occupational Therapist (m/w/d) for Career Change in Daycare

Due to our strong growth, we are now looking for an occupational therapist (m/w/d) for career change in daycare. As an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized therapy plans for children with special needs. You will work closely with our pedagogical team to develop and implement a comprehensive therapy concept that is tailored to the specific needs of each child. Your tasks will include: • Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans for children with special needs; • Working closely with our pedagogical team to develop and implement a comprehensive therapy concept; • Conducting therapy sessions with children, taking into account their individual needs and abilities; • Collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child; • Maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy; • Professional experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in a daycare setting; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and time management skills.
