En collaboration avec les autres soignants, vous participez à la rééducation fonctionnelle des patients hospitalisés. A cette fin, vous :
- Réapprenez au patient les gestes et activités de la vie quotidienne
- Participez aux réunions pluridisciplinaires organisées au sein du service
- Echangez régulièrement les informations nécessaires au suivi des patients avec vos collègues
