Our client, a renowned structure is looking for: Female/Male Occupational Therapist in full-time contract to 80% Job start date: As soon as possible Assess the patient's functional abilities, set treatment objectives, organize and conduct treatment sessions Measure the patient's evolution and adapt treatment objectives Participate in the interprofessional therapeutic process Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive care plan Provide guidance and support to patients and their families Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ensure continuity of care and coordination with other healthcare services Conduct home visits or hospitalizations as needed Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
