Occupational Therapist in Rehabilitation - North Coast Region

Work location : Sept-Îles, Québec
Start date : September 15, 2025 - September 16, 2026
Temporary mandate with possibility of renewal

Services SFT is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join the team at Sept-Îles, in the North Coast.

You will have the mission to contribute to maintaining or improving the autonomy and quality of life of residents in a long-term care setting.

• Evaluate the functional abilities of residents and their needs in occupational therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Adapt the environment or recommend technical aids to promote autonomy and safety.
• Offer rehabilitation and functional stimulation interventions.
• Document follow-ups and interventions according to professional standards.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ).
• Experience in a geriatric, long-term care, or functional rehabilitation setting (major asset).
• Good interpersonal, observation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and adapt to an evolving environment.

✅ Competitive hourly rate : $60/hour
✅ Per diem : $70/day worked
