• Responsible and independent work
• Conception of a treatment plan based on the doctor's prescription and patient assessment
• Documentation of therapy reports
• Instructing patients in the independent performance of active therapies
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary team, including with doctors and nursing staff

• State recognition as an Occupational Therapist
• Professional experience with a focus on the treatment of orthopedic and trauma surgery patients
• Professional experience with a focus on the treatment of neurological patients
• Resilience and teamwork skills
• IT skills
