In the Integrated Risk Expertise business area, we offer you a position as

Main Tasks

• Planning, co-designing, conducting, and leading on-site inspections of insurance companies
• Regular interaction with the C-level of supervised institutions
• Close cooperation with internal specialists, cross-functional departments, and other FINMA organizational units
• Documentation of results; in-depth clarification of regulatory violations relevant to supervision, as well as oral and written reporting
• Active co-design and further development of our work processes and tools

Profile

• University/University of Applied Sciences degree, e.g., in business administration
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an insurance company or with insight into risk management and/or insurance technology, or at an auditing firm, ideally with further training as a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
• Empathetic, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a convincing demeanor, negotiation skills, and a sense of humor
• Excellent German or Austrian German skills (C2) as well as good skills (B2) in the other language and English (min. B2)
