Your Role

You will track down top SAP specialists that no one else can access. You will gain their trust, understand their goals, and support them through to the signing of the contract and beyond. Our candidate pool with thousands of profiles, our established relationships, and our proven headhunting concept will give you momentum from day one.

Your Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Systematic mapping of the SAP market: Who works where, in which module, with what experience profile?

• Targeted direct approach of passive SAP specialists via phone, network, recommendations, and LinkedIn

• Tracking down talents who are not visible on any job board and often not even on LinkedIn

• Continuous maintenance and reactivation of our candidate pool

• Building your own network in the Swiss SAP community, with recommendations as a firm part of your work

Qualification and Presentation

• In-depth interviews for professional and personal qualification, from module knowledge and project experience to career motivation and willingness to change

• Honest assessment of which position truly fits, instead of pushing candidates into the first available job

Support throughout the entire process

• Personal accompaniment of each candidate as a dedicated point of contact, from the first conversation to the first day of employment

• Individual interview preparation, salary benchmarks, and honest feedback after each conversation

• Support through debriefings, salary, and contract negotiations

• Confident handling of counter-offers, doubts, and critical moments in the decision-making process

• Post-placement follow-up to ensure long-term success of placements and turn candidates into ambassadors

Collaboration with Key Account Managers

• Project work in close coordination with our Key Account Managers

• If suitable, involvement in client acquisition and support, such as participation in briefings and client meetings

What You Bring

• At least 4 years of experience in SAP or IT recruitment consulting, ideally with a focus on direct approach

• A demonstrable track record in winning and placing specialists who are not actively looking

• A good understanding of the SAP world: You know the difference between an FI/CO consultant and an EWM specialist

• The right mix of charisma and persistence, both on the phone and in personal conversations

• A way of opening people up: Candidates call you back because they enjoy talking to you, and they listen to you even after the third 'no'

• Humor, drive, and the composure to strike the right tone even during hectic phases

• Fluent German and good English
