The Team As an experienced plasterer in wet finishing, you are responsible for the professional execution of wet finishing work in new buildings, renovations, and refurbishments. You prepare substructures, mix plasters, and apply them to walls and ceilings. In doing so, you ensure a uniform and precise processing of the plaster and guarantee a clean and high-quality execution. You work both independently and as part of a team and are able to apply and adapt complex plastering techniques. Controlling the results of your work and ensuring a smooth workflow on the construction site are also among your tasks. We expect: We expect you to have completed an apprenticeship as a plasterer or hold a comparable qualification in the field of plastering and finishing. You have several years of experience in wet finishing and bring fundamental knowledge of processing plaster materials with you. A precise and independent working style is self-evident for you. Furthermore, you are characterized by reliability, flexibility, and team spirit. A Class B driver's license is advantageous but not a requirement.
