Experienced Freelance Telephone Interviewer in Market Research (m/f/d)

RONIN is an independent B2B market research company focusing on studies in the fields of economics, finance, healthcare, and technology. We are part of the Rippleffect Group and work on approximately 400 multinational projects annually in over 50 countries and in more than 30 languages. For our German-speaking team, we are currently seeking experienced telephone interviewers on a freelance basis to join us.

Your Tasks

You will recruit potential participants in various industries through telephone calls (mostly "Cold Calling"), schedule appointments, and conduct structured interviews based on provided questionnaires. The thematic focus extends across consumer goods, technology, as well as social and economic studies.

What You Bring

• Experience in telephone interviewing in market research, as well as in working on a freelance basis (VAT ID number or proof of freelance activity)

• Reliable, communicative, and independent way of working

• Enjoyment of talking on the phone and interacting with people

• German C2 - Expert/Native Speaker

• English B1 - Intermediate/Basic understanding in speaking and writing

• Fulfillment of technical requirements: Windows 11/Mac with current operating system, fast and stable internet connection, smartphone min. iOS16/Android12, headset with USB connection (a 45-minute IT appointment will take place before starting for testing and setting up the necessary programs)

• Freelance activity on a fee basis - Ø €25 - €100 per Complete (project-dependent)

• 100% Home Office, phone calls are exclusively possible/allowed from Germany.

Note: The information regarding contract duration and weekly hours is required by the system and does not apply to this freelance contract. This contract is unlimited, based on a fee basis, and allows for flexible scheduling/effort management.
