Experienced Freelance Telephone Interviewer at RONIN Research GmbH (m/f/d)

We are an international market research company and are looking for experienced interviewers on a freelance basis for our German-speaking team in Germany/Austria.

As a telephone interviewer, you will conduct structured interviews using a questionnaire. The topics are varied and range from consumer goods and technology to social and economic studies.

Experience in telephone interviewing in the field of market research is required. You will receive comprehensive training in our systems and intensive support during projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducting telephone interviews using structured questionnaires
• Documenting answers in the survey system
• Scheduling callbacks with participants
• Participating in national and international market research projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telephone interviewing in the field of market research
• Reliable, communicative, and independent way of working
• Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with people
• German C2 - Expert or native speaker
• English B1+ - Intermediate (understanding of spoken and written language)
• Technical requirements: PC/Laptop with Windows 11 or Mac with current operating system, stable internet connection, smartphone with at least iOS16 or Android 12, USB headset
