SALARY CALCULATOR / COMPENSATION OFFICER INCL. PERSONNEL OFFICER (w/m/d) with at least 8 years of professional experience.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 75,000 € p.a. here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. Which means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, who would like to employ you for many years.

Aufgaben

• In a team of two other colleagues, you will create salary calculations
• To the salary calculations come many individual calculations, including annual bonus calculations at different times
• You will also take care of related topics such as time accounts, absences due to illness, reintegration, parental leave and maternity protection
• In addition, you will take over the notification and certification process and serve as an interface to social security and pension insurance providers
• You will draft adjustments in employment contracts and terminations
• You will advise employees and management on all personnel-related issues and be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees under your care
• In addition, you will bring your expertise and experience into play when it comes to further digitalization.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• A good mood, a desire for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have at least eight years of professional experience in salary calculation and personnel management
• If desired, you have already worked with Datev and Atoss (no prerequisite)
• You are interested in further digitalization and have some experience with it
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• We would rather not mention the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you enjoy working with nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop their expertise
