Aufgaben

• In a team of two other colleagues, you will create salary calculations
• In addition to the salary calculations, many individual calculations will be added, including annual bonus calculations at different times
• You will also take care of related topics such as time accounts, absences due to illness, reintegration, parental leave and maternity protection
• You will write adjustments in employment contracts and terminations
• You will advise employees and management on all personnel-related matters and be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you support
• In addition, you will bring your expertise and experience into play in further digitalization.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• A good mood, a desire for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have at least eight years of professional experience in salary calculation and personnel management
• If desired, you have already worked with Datev and Atoss (no prerequisite)
• You are interested in further digitalization and have some experience with it
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• We would rather not mention the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you enjoy working with nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop their expertise
