Experienced Customer Solution Consultant / Manager (m/w/d) for Software Consulting and Development

You accompany customer problems, projects, and solutions from start to finish – from the first inquiry to productive implementation. You understand how people and customers tick, but also how software and cloud function.

At our company, Solution Management means you get a customer or project theme – and ensure a solid solution. You understand the customer and their theme and do not just what the customer has formulated correctly. You drill down into the topic until you have understood it, structure it, bring together the right people, resolve dependencies, and ensure that exactly what the customers' themes really address – and so that they understand what is contextually sensible and necessary.

You take themes not as finished requirements but as tasks that need to be understood, deciphered, and solved. You think fachlich, technisch, and organisatorisch together and assume responsibility for turning an idea into reality. Meanwhile, you are a solution architect, product thinker, possibility maker, and implementation guide.

We are Coduct Solutions GmbH, an AI- and Cloud-First Tech-Consulting Company with locations in Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia and Berlin). Together with our group company in Vietnam, we develop tailored software, cloud, and AI solutions.

You work in international teams on internal and external projects that cover a broad range of topics and technologies.
