• Vision and Structure: You Think Analytically and Have a Hand for Well-Considered Software Architecture.
• Teamwork Ability: You Work Well with Others and Can Pass on Your Expertise Easily. Ideally, You Are Familiar with Version Control (e.g., Git) and Agile Methods.
