Experienced Building Technician (m/w/d) for Settlement and Calculation

Our client is a well-established and successful construction company with its headquarters in Vienna Simmering. With two decades of experience in the successful implementation of various building projects, the company offers a practice-oriented and competent working environment. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged building technician (m/w/d) who supports the project management in planning, organizing, and implementing modern high-rise projects. For this position, a gross annual income of €60,000 to €80,000 is expected. The successful candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience in building construction. In addition to the technical skills required for the job, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is able to work independently and as part of a team, and has a high level of motivation. The position offers a comprehensive range of tasks, including planning, organization, and execution of high-rise projects, as well as support in the preparation of tenders and bids. We are looking for someone who is able to work flexibly and is willing to take on additional responsibilities.
