Experienced Construction Site Manager

Adecco For our client, a well-established, St. Galler GU company, we are looking for a personality to strengthen the team as: Tasks You plan, accompany, and lead construction projects independently as a construction and project manager for all planning and construction phases. In doing so, you have a high quality standard and keep an overview in the area of costs and deadlines. Profile You have a completed education as a draftsman EFZ or mason EFZ with corresponding experience in the construction industry. Your strengths include: - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets - Knowledge of construction law and regulations - Experience with project management software and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
