Equity Fund

We are seeking a seasoned mid- to senior-level professional with 10–15 years of dedicated experience in pure-play equity fundraising to lead equity capital raising initiatives for a private renewable energy platform with a diversified portfolio across Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar, and wind assets. The role will be responsible for raising both platform-level and project-level equity capital from a broad spectrum of institutional investors, including climate-focused funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and other impact-oriented investors. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in successfully closing multiple rounds of equity financing with various types of investors, as well as experience working with renewable energy companies, particularly those focused on BESS, solar, and wind assets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to leverage their network and relationships to identify new investment opportunities and build partnerships with key stakeholders. The role will also involve collaborating closely with the platform's management team, investors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive equity capital raising strategy that aligns with the platform's growth objectives and investor expectations.
