Equity Compliance Specialist

Contract Type: Permanent Location: Singapore, Singapore Date Published: 18-May-2026 Salary: $120,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annual The Role My client is a global Private Equity firm and we are looking for a Compliance Manager in the Singapore office. You will be the subject matter expert of the compliance function and will act as a key partner to the business on regulatory, risk, and governance matters. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day compliance operations, including monitoring activities and regulatory reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and maintain effective compliance programs, procedures, and controls. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of compliance initiatives with business objectives. Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts of interest. Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters. Maintain accurate records and reports of compliance activities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Key Requirements Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, laws, and industry best practices. Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial services sector. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
