Compute (Linux, CoreOS, Tuning, kernel bypass technologies, core dump analysis) Global Markets: High Performance Architectures - Infrastructure The Equities e-Trading Infrastructure Systems Architect - Vice President is a senior-level position responsible for Systems Architecture aligned to low latency electronic trading infrastructure technologies. The overall objective of this role is to act as EQ lead for electronic trading infrastructure architecture. Responsibilities Conduct work on a variety of projects and tasks, including: • Designing and implementing high-performance architectures for equities e-trading systems • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for infrastructure systems • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new technologies • Providing expertise in low-latency electronic trading infrastructure technologies • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in computing, storage, and networking technologies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software development, or a related field • Strong understanding of Linux, CoreOS, and kernel bypass technologies • Experience with high-performance architectures for equities e-trading systems • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
