Equipment Rental Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Management and disposition of our rental equipment from small mobile excavators to large wheel loaders
• Independent creation of offers and their follow-up
• Caring for our customers and supporting them in finding solutions
• Responsibility for creating and processing rental agreements
• Receiving and issuing equipment
• Coordinating the delivery of our equipment
• Loading equipment, devices, and attachments and responsibility for the safety of the loads
• Organizing equipment transports (including coordinating with external companies and logistics providers)
• Inspecting returned equipment for cleanliness, functionality, and completeness
• Maintaining a demo area, unloading and loading areas, and storage facilities
• Proactive performance of smaller maintenance, repair, and maintenance tasks

Your Qualifications:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial or technical training program or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge in equipment rental, preferably for investment goods that require explanation
• Professional experience and technical knowledge in the field of construction machinery
• IT skills (MS-Office/ERP)
