Job Description: Associate Equipment Engineer - Wafer Fabrication Location: Senoko, Singapore About the Role: Join the team at our Senoko wafer fabrication plant to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on production schedules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and implement process improvements. • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of production equipment and processes to stay up-to-date with industry developments. • Provide technical support to operators and other stakeholders as needed. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence and reduce waste. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry. • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, with ability to apply knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
