HCL Tech is looking for Epic Cadence And Prelude Analyst with the below skills: SKILLS: Provides day-to-day support for Epic scheduling (Cadence) and registration (Prelude) workflows. Works with front-desk, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth patient access operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve tickets related to scheduling, registration, and insurance. Troubleshoot provider templates, appointment workflows, and demographic data issues. Assist with resolving issues related to Epic Cadence And Prelude Analyst. Ensure that all workflows are functioning correctly and provide training as needed. SKILLS: Provides day-to-day support for Epic scheduling (Cadence) and registration (Prelude) workflows. Works with front-desk, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth patient access operations.
