Job description
Shape digital oncology. The LUKS Group uses Epic as its central clinical information system and is continuously developing digital support for oncological and hematological care. As an Epic Analyst or Analyst Beacon, you will help shape clinical processes digitally, working closely with various specialist departments. In this way, you contribute to further developing quality, safety, and efficiency in patient care. We are looking for reinforcement for our team by agreement. Your Field of Activity
- Together with nursing staff, pharmacists, doctors, and other specialist departments, you will shape digital work processes along the oncological treatment chain.
- You will advise specialist departments on the possibilities of Epic, taking into account patient safety, treatment quality, and regulatory requirements, and work with internal teams, Epic, and external partners.
- From requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and training to implementation, you will support changes in clinical practice and subsequently assist with operations, upgrades, and optimizations.
- You have completed a degree in nursing, pharmacy, medical informatics, or health informatics, or have a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience and are familiar with clinical processes in a hospital setting.
- Experience in oncology, hematology, chemotherapy, or clinical pharmacy will help you quickly understand requirements from different professional perspectives and translate them into suitable digital solutions.
- You analyze complex issues in a structured manner, recognize interrelationships, and bring together requirements from different interests into understandable solutions.
- In communication with various professional groups, you communicate appropriately for the audience and in a binding manner; experience with clinical information systems as well as good German and English language skills at level B2 will support you; knowledge of Epic Beacon is an advantage.
- With Epic Beacon, you will shape a central digital solution for oncological care, directly influencing the quality, safety, and efficiency of clinical processes.
- With official Epic certifications, you can specifically expand your expertise and develop further in an international network of professionals.
- You work at the intersection of clinical practice, IT, and digitalization, contributing your expertise to an interprofessional environment within the LUKS Group.
