The EO Engineering team is modernizing legacy systems and building cloud-native, AI-enabled services that support communication across executive leadership, employees, and clients. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on design and delivery — not people management. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions using AWS, React, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the client’s technology stack and architecture. • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. • Collaborating with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and goals. • Providing technical expertise to support business objectives. • Participating in project planning and estimation activities. • Developing and delivering training programs for junior engineers. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
