These 2 weeks of interactive training (practical workshops, theoretical input, and real-life simulations with field experts) have a clear objective: to facilitate your integration into the operating room.
What you will master:
- The general organization of a multidisciplinary operating room.
- Specific patient care (pre, per, and post-operative).
- The golden rules of hygiene, safety, and current legislation.
- The key roles of circulating nurse, surgical assistant, and instrument nurse.
Upon completion of this training, and thanks to benevolent supervision, you will be able to serenely carry out these tasks during surgical interventions. Is this you?
To embark on this adventure, only 4 criteria matter:
- Your diploma: You hold a State Diploma in Nursing (M/F) and the operating room world fascinates you.
- Your experience: Beginners accepted! You have little or no experience in the operating room (that's precisely why we are training you!).
- Your availability #1: Available from September 7 to 18, 2026 inclusive (Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm) for the theory which will take place in Lyon.
- Your availability #2: Ready to commit to full-time for a minimum of 6 months in a fixed-term contract (CDD) immediately after training, in the Ramsay Santé clinic of your choice.
