Description of the position: It is responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements in environmental matters within the plant. Its main function is to monitor and maintain environmental standards both in documentation and on the floor, as well as promoting a solid environmental culture among collaborators. Main responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements in environmental matters, both in documentation and on the floor, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and regulations; Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of environmental responsibility within the organization; Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential environmental impacts; Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental policies and procedures; Monitor and report on environmental performance indicators; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
