Environmental Specialist

Job Description: The main goal of this position is to independently lead and supervise all activities related to environmental protection, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and corporate standards, as well as actively supporting the area of safety and occupational health (OSH) in the plant. You will be a key person responsible for the functioning and development of the environmental protection management system (ISO 14001). Main scope of responsibility: Leading and developing strategies for environmental protection, monitoring and analyzing data on environmental impact, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, conducting training and awareness programs for employees, and maintaining records and reports. Key tasks include: Developing and implementing procedures for environmental management, conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, providing guidance and support to employees, and collaborating with other departments to achieve environmental goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental protection principles and practices, as well as experience in developing and implementing environmental management systems.
