Environmental Management and Installations Intern
Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical intern to join our team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to develop skills in environmental management and sustainable practices while contributing to the sustainability goals of our organization.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining environmental management systems (ISO 14001)
- Support operations management and sustainable practices
- Gather and analyze environmental data, preparing reports for senior leadership
- Participate in environmental supervision activities and facility inspections (water, energy, gas, compressors, etc.)
- Help develop and apply initiatives to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Contribute to creating and maintaining environmental documentation and facility records
- Assist in organizing and delivering environmental awareness training for employees
- Support the development and tracking of new projects and initiatives
