Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Job description Develop and implement Environment, Health & Safety strategies in full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring the effective deployment of operational controls to safeguard employee health and safety and support the organization’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities Ensure legal and regulatory compliance applicable to site operations. Develop strategies to reduce accident rates and improve safety performance. Establish continuous improvement processes to ensure ongoing effectiveness. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to environmental, health and safety performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in Environment, Health & Safety management. Provide training and guidance to employees on Environment, Health & Safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed of changes and trends in Environment, Health & Safety regulations. Support the organization’s business objectives by identifying and mitigating potential risks related to environmental, health and safety performance.
