Tasks - Management and coordination of development tasks internally and externally - Responsibility for project leadership in terms of schedules, costs, and quality - Development of plastic components from concept to series production - Procurement of equipment and tools, including the creation of specifications, sampling, qualification, and validation - Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal departments and external experts from customers and suppliers. Profile - Completed vocational training as a plastics technologist, polymer mechanic, or constructor - Further education as a plastics technician or comparable qualification - Ideally experience in developing plastic components - Experience in leading demanding customer projects - Good user knowledge of MS Office and 3D-CAD (ideally SolidWorks) - Language skills in German and English in writing and speaking - Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 13485, MDR, GMP) - High reliability, precise work, and initiative - Team-oriented, motivated, and responsible person.
