Development Engineer (m/w/d)

You wanted to develop. Not manage. At WSK Elektronik GmbH in Wertheim, you build test stands that bear your name – from the first concept over circuit diagram and LabVIEW code to commissioning. No handover ping-pong between three teams, no steering circle. We are a small team of under 30 people, where the managing director works professionally in the project and makes decisions at their desk – not next quarter. Our broad customer base across various industries (electrical engineering, aerospace maintenance, mechanical engineering) makes us independent from individual branches. Tasks

• Development of test stand software based on LabVIEW
• Conceptualization of test stands and devices
• Development tests in our laboratory
• Creation of circuit diagrams and technical documentation
• Testing and commissioning of test stands and devices
• Support for assembly and service deployments

Qualification

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation Technology – or technician with equivalent experience
• Programming knowledge in NI LabVIEW or Beckhoff/Siemens SPS (at least one of the two must be present)
• Experience with bus systems (Ethernet TCP/IP, CAN-Bus, USB or RS232)
• Pleasure in mixing electricity, mechanics, and code – and on developing projects from start to finish
• Residence within a 50-km radius of Wertheim or willingness to relocate
• Fitting from adjacent areas: Test Engineer, Commissioning Engineer or Automation Technician
