In this role, you will develop and optimize test systems for innovative pharmaceutical applications. Tasks

• Assay Development: Conceptualization and design of dry chemical assays.
• Experimental Program Planning: Planning and execution of complex experimental programs for test and system development.
• Experiment Evaluation: Documentation and evaluation of experimental executions and results in protocols.
• Result Preparation: Provision of summaries of experimental results, e.g., for presentations or reports according to the corresponding specifications.
• Document Creation: Creation of specification documents, such as manufacturing instructions, manufacturing forms, or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• System Analysis: Participation in systematic evaluation of materials, recipes, and builds for dry chemical assays, as well as analysis of system dependencies in dry chemical test systems.

Qualification

• Academic Qualification: Successfully completed studies in chemistry, biology, biotechnology or a comparable education.
• Laboratory Experience: Practical experience in the laboratory, ideally with knowledge of conducting and evaluating assay performance tests.
• Statistical Knowledge: Familiarity with statistical evaluation tools such as Jump or Minitab.
• Linguistic Skills: Good German and English language skills for communication within the project team.
• Teamwork Ability: Open-minded and communicative personality who enjoys working in a team and convinces through flexible and reliable work methods.
