Adecco To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and creative Development Engineer (m/f/d) to work with us on future-oriented technologies and products. Responsibilities - Development and design of new products and solutions - Management of the entire development process – from concept development and prototyping to series production readiness. - Execution of feasibility analyses and optimization of existing products. - Creation of technical drawings, documentation, and bills of materials. - Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (production, sales, project management). - Analysis and evaluation of new technologies and trends in the industry. Profile - Successfully completed studies in [e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics] or a comparable field. - Several years of professional experience in product development or design. - Sound knowledge in [relevant software, e.g., CAD tools like SolidWorks, CATIA, or Siemens NX]. - Experience in the application of development and simulation methods. - Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and a structured approach to work. - Creativity and passion for innovation in the development of new solutions. - Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
