Development Engineer Design (m/f/d) - Full-time | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Development Engineer Design (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Development Engineer (m/f/d), you will independently develop and design assemblies and individual components, taking technical requirements into account.
• In addition, you will create design concepts, perform dimensioning, and prepare standard-compliant manufacturing documents.
• Furthermore, you will define and coordinate component and assembly interfaces, considering functional and design requirements.
• In addition, you will create and maintain CAD data and technical drawings in the PLM system, as well as weight balances and presentations.
• You will coordinate with internal departments and external development partners and support production and assembly with design-related questions.

Qualifications

• You have a completed technical degree, for example in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or design engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience as a designer (m/f/d), design engineer (m/f/d), or development engineer (m/f/d), ideally in vehicle construction.
• You already have professional experience in creating standard-compliant drawings and applying form and position tolerances.
• In addition, you have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as good German and English language skills.
• Independent, structured way of working and teamwork are important - knowledge in vehicle-specific areas such as welding technology, ergonomics, or package development is an advantage.
