Your task is to...

• Development and further development of our document management system

• Analyzing, conceptualizing, and implementing digital workflows and business processes

• Integration of the DMS into existing system landscapes (e.g. ERP, CRM)

• Development and maintenance of interfaces (APIs) to internal and external applications

• Automating document-based processes and workflows

• Quality assurance of software

• Error analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing applications

• Closely working with advisory, sales, and project management to implement customer requirements

• Co-shaping the integration of AI into our existing system landscape

You stand out for...

• A successful degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable field

• Or a completed training in the IT sector (e.g. application development)

• Multiple years of experience in software development, ideally in the DMS or business applications area

• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript

• Fundamental knowledge of databases (SQL)

• Development of interfaces (APIs)

• Experience in handling workflows, process automation or comparable technologies is advantageous

• A strong analytical thinking and structured working style

• Understanding of business processes and operations

• Teamwork, self-initiative, and a solution-oriented working style

• Customer-oriented thinking & acting
