Entry/Junior German-speaking recruiting specialist

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for an Entry/Junior German-speaking recruiting specialist to join its innovative team. Responsibilities Review user search queries and related job posting results Evaluate and label the relevance of postings and the likelihood of application using clear rubrics Determine whether a job posting meets our client’s requirements and assess the quality of the posting Provide feedback on the relevance and quality of job postings Identify trends and patterns in job postings and provide insights to improve the recruitment process Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and team members Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field Strong understanding of German language and culture Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Experience working with diverse groups of people and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
