Our Academy internship is a three-month, paid training program that helps you turn your people skills into a career with purpose.

We’re not looking for experience. We’re looking for potential - people who care, show up, and want to grow.

What you’ll get

Paid training: Three months full-time, $65K FTE + super

Working in customer service, retail or hospitality

We’re after attitude over experience.

Requirements

Full driver’s licence
Australian or NZ permanent residency/citizenship
Willingness to work rotating shifts (6:30am–3:00pm or 10:00am–6:30pm)
